Staying the same....
For the third week in a row my weight has stayed the same despite remaining (mostly) true to my diet and continuing exercise most days.
Crabby, until I did my measurements and saw that I lost another 1 1/2 inches off by hips and another inch off my waist in the past 2 weeks, so things are happening.
Never fast enough.
So, time to shake up the metabolism. Biked 6 miles this morning and cut my morning cereal portion by a 1/3.
Food so far: 2 cups coffee with Baileys's. Kellogg's high fiber cereal with a half banana and 1% milk (forgot to buy skim even though it was on the list!)
On today's agenda, painting at the Observatory.
